Shipping & Returns
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
- Most goods will be shipped out within 5 to 7 business days.
- If personalization is required, that may add an additional 10 days
- Annual calendars and custom orders may be subject to an additional waiting period depending upon production
- We will always do our best to communicate timelines and keep you well informed of your order progress
- Please allow us to know if you require goods by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you.
DELIVERY FEES
- Our delivery fees are based on actual delivery costs.
- We always attempt to use the safest and most cost effective method of delivery taking into consideration the type of item ordered and the delivery location / address.
- Typically our goods are dispatched via The United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS within the continental United States.
- Deliveries outside the United States are generally dispatched via the United States Postal Service, unless you prefer otherwise.
- Shipping is complimentary for orders over $200 shipped within the continental United States
OTHER DELIVERY SPECIFICS
- We are pleased to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
- Your delivery will be insured for the total value.
- Selections with a value over $500.00 US Dollars will require signature of addressee for delivery.
- Address of recipient must be verified.
- Custom will be responsible for additional duties and taxes if delivered outside of the USA unless otherwise discussed.
ONLINE RETURNS
- Sometimes, even with our assistance, we miss the mark, and selections are not the perfect match with the needs of the recipient. Should this occur, please contact us immediately for return approval.
- Returns must be received in new, unused, and in salable condition by Charing Cross no later than 30 days after original receipt.
- Bespoke Goods, Special Orders & Personalized Goods are not available for return, exchange or credit. Deposits provided for Special Orders are nonrefundable. Delays in production are not considered reason for returning deposits or cancelling Special Orders.
- Transportation Fees are not refundable unless we have shipped defective or incorrect goods.
